BRANCH MANAGER – SALESExperience: Minimum 3+ Years | Employment: Full-Time
Department: Sales & Business Development
Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced, target-driven and hands-on Sales Leader to manage the branch, lead the sales team, drive customer acquisition, and deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch sales team.
- Drive new customer acquisition and business development.
- Actively participate in customer meetings, negotiations and deal closures.
- Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, pipeline and conversions.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities and revenue channels.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Take corrective action on sales gaps and underperformance.
- Drive team productivity, revenue growth and branch performance.
- Candidate ProfileMinimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a team/branch leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent team management, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong business development and customer acquisition capabilities.
- Energetic, aggressive, result-oriented and commercially driven.
- Willing to be hands-on in sales and customer engagement.
