Senior Executive – Sales Operations & Offers

E-Cube is a Kolkata-based manufacturer of power quality and energy management solutions under the BITCON brand, including APFC panels, harmonic filters, SVGs and energy monitoring systems. We are looking for a driven Sales Operations Executive to manage our sales pipeline end to end, working directly with the Director. This role is for someone ready to move beyond coordination and take real ownership of offers, customers and targets.

You will allocate and track outreach and enquiry follow-ups across the sales team, and prepare and manage techno-commercial offers through to closure. You will speak directly with customers, handle first-level price negotiations and escalations, and support the Director on high-value accounts and projects. You will keep a live view of all open offers against monthly, quarterly and annual targets, and flag risks early. You will also coordinate with production and projects so that delivery commitments and collections stay on track.

We're looking for a graduate (a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical is a strong plus) with 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, inside sales or offer management, ideally with electrical or industrial products. You should communicate confidently in English, Hindi and Bengali, be comfortable with Excel and CRM tools, and be ready to pick up the phone and follow up until the deal closes. Above all, we want someone who takes ownership and wants to grow into a sales leadership role.
