### 🎬 Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist guests visiting the cinema.

* Assist guests with *ticket booking, offers, and promotions*.

* Sell *popcorn, beverages, food items, and other products*.

* Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest queries.

* Maintain product stocks and ensure counters/areas are properly arranged.

* Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

* Promote products, offers, and other cinema services.

### 🎓 Job Requirements

* *Minimum Qualification:* Higher Secondary (HS) Pass

* *Experience:* Fresher to 6 Months

* *Salary:* *₹11,000 In-Hand*

* *PF & ESIC:* Applicable as per company policy

* *Weekly Off:* 1 day as per roster

* *Shift:* Rotational

### ⏰ Shift Timings

* *Morning Shift:* 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM*

* *Evening/Night Shift:* 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM*

*Note:* Weekly roster and shift timings may change as per business requirements.

Job Description: 

1. Box office operations – dispensing ticket to our patrons based on shows, ensuring proper payments by cash/digital mode are accounted for

2. Concession operations – dispensing popcorns, cola or any food which patrons want to have and punching the bill in the system and ensuring proper collection of amount in cash/credit/UPI payment

3. Ushering – ensuring guests are properly greeted and given service so that the patrons are delighted

4. SOS service – Service on seat ie the candidate must be willing to deliver ordered foods in the system as requested by patrons or during intervals taking order from the guests who are seated.

5. Cash Handling – ensuring all payments are properly accounted for and all SOP related to cash/monetary transactions are properly reconciled

6. Adherence to SOP – completing all training modules, following the grooming and movie operations SOP are followed. The candidate must have the ability to work within norms

Soft skills required: 1. Presentable, 2. Ability to handle guests/patrons with a smile. 3. Ability to handle guest complain, 4. Ability to stretch or work in shifts. 5 Communication skills 

Job specification: 1. Minimum class 12 pass, 2. Ability to converse in local language/Hindi/English, 3. Age within 28 years
