Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Solar Project Officer / Field Officer to support on-ground execution of solar projects across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the solar industry, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site surveys and field assessments
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and installation teams
• Monitor project execution and ensure timely completion
• Maintain project documentation and field reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the solar field
• Moderate communication skills with understandable English
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and relocate anywhere in India as per project availability
• Diploma/Graduate in any relevant discipline preferred
