Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Counter Sales Executive to manage the complete sales process at our retail counter. You will greet customers, explain product features, process bill payments, and ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Welcome visitors warmly, listen to their needs, and offer suitable product recommendations.
  • Sales & Guidance: Share accurate details on product pricing, features, and benefits to close sales.
  • Billing & Payments: Operate the cash register or POS terminal to process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels at the counter, restock displays, and report inventory shortages to the manager.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the counter area clean, organized, and visually appealing during quiet times.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, exchanges, or order follow-ups with patience and professionalism.
