Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :-

  • Handle customer queries and technical issues via voice (inbound/outbound) professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity.
  • Record customer interactions accurately and follow up for issue resolution.
  • Meet defined metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams as required.

Required Skills :-

  • Excellent communication skills (English – verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
