About the Role

We are hiring Telecallers to counsel and enrol students into degree programmes offered by our partner educational institutions. You will call students who have passed Class 12 and promote suitable undergraduate (graduation) courses, and call graduates to promote postgraduate courses. Your goal is to understand each student's interests and career plans, recommend the right programme, and guide them through to admission.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads (Class 12 pass students and graduates) provided by the company
• Handle inbound enquiries from students and parents
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, scholarships and career prospects clearly
• Recommend suitable UG/PG programmes from our partner institutions based on each student's profile
• Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp and SMS until admission is confirmed
• Assist students with application forms, document submission and fee payment process
• Visit schools, colleges and education consultants from time to time to promote courses, build partnerships and generate student leads
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly admission/conversion targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status and follow-ups in the CRM or Excel tracker
• Share daily reports with the Team Leader

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: graduates
• 1 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales or education counselling (freshers welcome)
• Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English
• Confident, persuasive and polite on the phone
• Target-oriented, with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Willing to travel locally for occasional field visits to schools and education consultants
• Prior experience in education or admission counselling will be an advantage
