Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and articulate Telecaller to manage outbound calling for our upcoming program/event. You will be responsible for contacting invited guests, explaining event details, answering queries, driving attendance, and maintaining accurate attendance records in our database.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outgoing calls to invited guests, delegates, or registered participants from the provided database.
- Program Briefing: Clearly communicate event details, including date, time, venue/virtual link, agenda, key speakers, and benefits of attending.
- RSVP Management: Confirm guest attendance, update status trackers (Attending / May Be / Declined / Rescheduled), and send calendar invites or confirmation messages.
- Pre-Event Follow-ups: Make reminder calls 24 to 48 hours prior to the event to maximize live turnout.
- Post-Event Feedback: Conduct short follow-up calls after the event to collect participant feedback and thank-you notes (where applicable).
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Daily Call Volume: Number of dials/connected calls per day (e.g., 80–120 calls).
- RSVP Conversion Rate: Percentage of contacted guests confirmed to attend.
- Data Accuracy: Zero-error tracking of guest contact details and attendance notes.
