Job Description

🚨 Hiring: Hardcore Telesales Executive

📍 Location: Kolkata – Work From Office

💼 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years

💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 In-Hand

🕒 Timing: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

📅 Monday to Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off

Mandatory Requirements:

• Hardcore outbound telesales experience

• Cold calling, lead generation and sales closing

• Target-based sales and customer conversion

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Good communication in English, Hindi and Bengali

• Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Candidates from FastInfo, Globiva, Startek Sales Process, Justdial, Teleperformance Sales Process, House of EdTech, Matrimony.com and Shaadi.com are preferred.

❌ Customer support, inbound non-sales, FMCG, retail, shop/counter sales and field sales candidates are not eligible.
