Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls a day from the data we provide.
  • Introduce Saachi Ventures and our projects in a short, friendly pitch.
  • Identify genuine interest by asking about budget, timeline, preferred configuration and whether the buyer will live in the home or invest.
  • Convert interested prospects into confirmed site visits, with date, time and location.
  • Hand over every qualified prospect to the right Sales Manager on the same day. Share the client’s name, number, budget, configuration, buyer type and visit slot, and brief the manager on anything the client said.
  • Confirm the visit with the client a day before, and tell the Sales Manager if it is rescheduled or cancelled.
  • Update every call outcome in the CRM (Google Sheet) on the same day.
  • Follow up with “call back later” leads.
  • Handle rejections and objections politely.
