Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to reach out to potential customers, explain our comprehensive life insurance products, and drive sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong drive to meet monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
Product Explanation: Clearly explain HDFC Life’s insurance policies, benefits, and premium plans to customers.
Need Analysis: Understand the customer's financial goals and recommend the most suitable insurance plans.
Sales Conversion: Persuade potential customers to purchase policies and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to close the sale.
Record Maintenance: Accurately update customer information, call details, and feedback in the company CRM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: 10+2 (HSC) or Any Graduate.
Experience: 0 to 3 years in telesales, telecalling, or BPO (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
Skills:
Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and the local regional language.
Active listening and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer and CRM navigation knowledge.
Attributes: Confident, resilient, and highly target-oriented.
Work Details & Compensation
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Bracket: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Note: Highly dependent on interview performance and previous experience, plus attractive performance-based incentives).
