Position: Full-Time Videographer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Videographer to handle daily real estate property shoots and social media content for SS Property.

• Key ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality real estate property videos for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Handle iPhone / camera, gimbal and other shooting equipment professionally.
• Capture property walkthroughs, interiors, exteriors, amenities and surrounding areas.
• Shoot reels and promotional content according to SS Property's content requirements.
• Follow proper framing, lighting, camera movement and composition.
• Coordinate with the Property Inventory & Shoot Coordinator for daily shoot schedules.
• Be punctual and prepared for scheduled property shoots.
• Travel to different locations across Kolkata for property shoots.
• Maintain and safely handle all company shooting equipment.
• Ensure footage is properly organised and transferred after every shoot.
• Coordinate with the Video Editor and provide the required footage/instructions.
• Be available for weekend property shoots when required.
• RequirementsPrevious videography experience preferred.
• Real estate videography experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of gimbal movement, framing, lighting and composition.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video shooting.
• Comfortable travelling across Kolkata.
• Must be punctual, disciplined and responsible with equipment.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Candidates with their own camera/gimbal setup will be preferred.

Working StyleThis is a field-based role, not a desk job. The person should be comfortable doing multiple property shoots in a day and working according to the daily shoot schedule.
