Synilogic Tech Private Limited looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can handle potential customers, understand their property requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial real estate options.

The candidate will be responsible for managing sales leads, communicating with prospective buyers, explaining property details, conducting follow-ups and converting potential leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and assigned leads from various sources.
• Communicate with potential customers to understand their property requirements, budget and preferences.
• Explain residential and commercial property options, including flats, plots, villas, shops and office spaces.
• Suggest suitable properties based on customer needs and investment preferences.
• Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, location and benefits.
• Arrange property visits and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
• Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Negotiate deals and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain customer records, lead status and daily sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
