🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Call inbound and outbound leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain Startup24x7 Agency's services.
- Convert inquiries and leads into paid customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales, customer support, and operations teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
✅ Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experienced telecallers (0–3 years) preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, positive, and convincing personality.
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
