Job Description

  •  Find and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, digital campaigns, and market research.
  • Product Demonstration: Present and explain technical software features, cloud setups, and networking solutions to non-technical or technical client stakeholders.
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze a client’s existing IT infrastructure and consult with internal engineers to propose tailored software or networking packages.
  •  Sales Negotiation:Prepare pitches, handle pricing discussions, draft service-level agreements (SLAs), and close renewal contracts.
  • Pipeline Management: Track daily sales metrics, update customer data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software like Salesforce, and report target progress to management.
  •  Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve post-sale issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
