Sales Manager

•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Horeca segment — hotels, restaurants, catering companies and institutional buyers.

•    Generate qualified leads through cold calling, field visits, local market research and referrals.

•    Approach prospective clients, understand their sourcing/procurement requirements and pitch the relevant product range.

•    Prepare and present proposals, rate cards and quotations tailored to each prospect.

•    Negotiate terms and close new client accounts in line with company credit and pricing policy.

•    Own the new-client onboarding process end to end — account setup, credit approval, rate card assignment and first-order coordination.

•    Coordinate with billing, store/godown and dispatch teams to ensure the new client's first few orders are processed and delivered smoothly.

•    Maintain an organized pipeline and visit log of prospective Horeca clients, tracking status from first contact to conversion.

•    Monitor local market trends, competitor activity and pricing to sharpen the new-client pitch.

Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, client interactions and conversions; share regular reports with the Owner.
