Under our platform, Lendmithra, we bridge the gap between borrowers and top financial institutions. We are building a high-energy operational hub and are looking for driven communicators to join our tele-sales team.The Role
We are looking for a persuasive and results-oriented Telecaller to act as the first point of contact for our prospective clients and sub-agents. You will be responsible for calling warm leads, explaining loan products, and guiding customers through the initial stages of the loan application process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and inbound leads to explain various loan products (Personal, Business, Home Loans, etc.).Customer Guidance: Assess customer financial profiles to recommend the best-suited loan products and explain eligibility criteria, interest rates, and processing fees.Document Collection: Guide customers on the required documentation for loan processing and ensure timely follow-ups for submission.CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer details, and lead statuses in the company CRM.Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential borrowers and network sub-agents to drive loan disbursements.Target Achievement: Meet daily call volume expectations and monthly loan disbursement targets.RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Experience in banking, fintech, or a loan DSA is highly preferred).Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam and English. Proficiency in Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., LeadSquared, Kylas, etc.) and dialer systems.Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
