Job Description

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular interactions and field visits.

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and market research.

Achieve assigned business, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial/investment solutions.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase business revenue.

Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
