Job Description

Pulga Social (by Wildfolk) Pulga village, Himachal Pradesh mein ek naya café hai, jahan India aur bahar se aane wale travellers, hikers aur long-stay guests aate hain. Humein ek skilled aur reliable chef chahiye jo shuru se kitchen set up kare aur chalaye.

Kya banana hoga?

  • Israeli or Middle Eastern food (shakshuka, hummus, falafel, pita, salads, sabich or similar)
  • Continental (pasta, sandwiches, breakfast plates, soups, grilled dishes)
  • Indian (North Indian staples, Himachali and local dishes, quick meals, chai and snacks)
  • Café ka basic menu: breakfast, coffee ke saath snacks, aur agar baking aati hai to baked items

Teeno cuisines mein perfect hona zaruri nahi hai, lekin kam se kam do mein strong hona chahiye aur teesri seekhne ke liye ready.

  • Roz ka kitchen operation sambhalna aur food ki quality consistent rakhna
  • Humare saath menu banana aur improve karna
