Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment for staff, technicians, operators, and support employees.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, PT, etc.
- Coordinate with consultants, labour contractors, and recruitment agencies.
- Manage joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain HR MIS, attendance reports, manpower reports, and other HR dashboards.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company rules, policies, and HR processes.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined work environment.
- Handle factory/industrial HR activities and coordinate with the production and operations teams.
