Hiring: HR Manager / Senior HR Executive

Company: Kaya Healthcare Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Uttam Nagar West, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary

Kaya Healthcare Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager / Senior HR Executive who can independently manage Recruitment as well as complete HR Operations and Administration.

The candidate should have strong practical experience in recruitment, employee management, HR policies, induction, attendance, salary management, HR documentation, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with management for final selection.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer letters, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates.

HR Operations

  • Manage complete day-to-day HR operations independently.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and HR databases.
  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve day-to-day HR-related issues.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR processes and company policies.

HR Policies & Processes

  • Draft, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees understand and follow company policies.
  • Regularly review HR processes and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal HR procedures.

HR Induction & Onboarding

  • Conduct HR induction and employee orientation.
  • Explain company policies, rules, leave structure, attendance process, code of conduct, and other HR procedures.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new employees.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Manage daily attendance and leave records.
  • Monitor late coming, absenteeism, leave, and regularization.
  • Maintain accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding attendance-related issues.

Salary & Payroll Management

  • Manage and coordinate monthly salary processing.
  • Prepare salary inputs based on attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and other applicable components.
  • Coordinate with management/accounts for timely salary processing.
  • Maintain salary records and employee compensation details.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary and deductions.
  • Assist management with salary budgeting and manpower cost planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
  • Maintain positive employee relations.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities when required.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct exit formalities and exit interviews.

Administration

  • Handle the general administration function of the organization.
  • Coordinate office facilities, housekeeping, stationery, and other administrative requirements.
  • Manage vendors and service providers where required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
  • Maintain administrative records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with management on office-related requirements.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain proper HR and employee documentation.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with applicable company requirements and labour regulations.
  • Coordinate with external consultants/agencies wherever required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment + HR Operations + Administration.
  • Candidate must have practical knowledge of:
  • End-to-end recruitment
  • HR policies
  • HR induction
  • Employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Attendance management
  • Leave management
  • Salary/payroll coordination
  • Employee records and documentation
  • Employee relations
  • HR MIS
  • General administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and employee-handling abilities.
  • Should be able to work independently and take ownership of HR activities.
  • Experience in a healthcare, Ayurveda, pharma, clinic, manufacturing, retail, or similar organization will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent HR qualification preferred.
  • Graduate candidates with strong relevant experience may also be considered.

Compensation & Location

CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Location: Uttam Nagar West, Delhi.

Joining: Immediate joiner preferred.
