- Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure effective product placement and visibility across assigned retail outlets.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Implement merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional displays.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure proper shelf share, product facing, and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular store visits and submit merchandising reports.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product expiry dates and maintain product freshness.
- Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to improve product availability.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in merchandising, FMCG, food products, or retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Malayalam communication is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.
