Warehouse Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

C&F Supervision & Inward Operations:

1. Supervise container/shipment offloading at the C&F premises to ensure company goods are handled safely.

2. Verify received stock against company invoices, delivery challans, and STOs to check for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.

3. Ensure the C&F inward team updates system records accurately and on time.

Company Stock & Space Control:

1. Oversee floor space planning allocated for incoming company containers and stock.

2. Ensure proper stacking, tagging, and isolation of damaged, rusted, or returned items.

3. Conduct Weekly Physical Stock Audits and reconcile physical stock with company ERP records.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:

1. Authorize daily dispatches only after verifying approved company sales orders and invoices.

2. Coordinate with C&F logistics staff, transporters, and couriers for timely FTL/PTL vehicle arrangements and LR (Lorry Receipt) generation.

3. Track shipments until delivery and address transit or delivery delays.

C&F Owner & Internal Coordination:

1. C&F Owner/Team: Supervise C&F ground staff and labor to ensure company SOPs, safety standards, and priority orders are executed efficiently.

2. Company Sales & Accounts: Coordinate regarding invoice approvals, stock availability, pending orders, and dispatch updates.

3. Company Management: Submit daily inward/dispatch reports, vehicle tracking logs, and weekly audit findings directly to company leadership.

Documentation & Audit Compliance:

1. Maintain clean documentation of all inward logs, outward LRs, branch transfer notes (STOs), and petty cash expenses.

2. Ensure full compliance with company safety, stock security, and damage-prevention guidelines within the C&F facility.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education & Experience: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) with 2–5 years of warehouse and logistics experience.

2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/Tally/WMS software.

3. Core Skills: C&F supervision, transport booking, stock reconciliation, and strong interdepartmental communication.
