Job Description
MANAGE AND OVERSEE THE ENTIRE COLLECTIONS PROCESS.
LEAD AND MOTIVATE THE TEAM
TO MEET COLLECTION TARGETS AND MINIMIZE NPAS.
IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES TO ENHANCE COLLECTION EFFICIENCY AND HANDLE ESCALATIONS.
MONITOR TEAM PERFORMANCE, PROVIDE FEEDBACK, AND ENSURE COMPLIANCE.
PREPARE REGULAR PERFORMANCE REPORTS FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
