Job Description
Project Coordinator – Telecom New Build / JMS
HCC is looking for an active, responsible, and eager-to-learn Project Coordinator to support our new-build telecom infrastructure projects, particularly the JMS (site infrastructure) scope.
The selected candidate will work closely with site engineers, technicians, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of new telecom sites.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor day-to-day new-build site infrastructure activities.
- Support execution of civil, electrical, and related telecom site works.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and client/site teams.
- Track manpower, materials, site progress, and project requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress updates and maintain project documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and completing project milestones.
- Travel to project sites as required.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in telecom, EPC, civil/electrical execution, or site coordination is preferred.
- Prior JMS/new-build telecom experience is NOT mandatory — HCC will provide the required training.
- Strong willingness to learn telecom site infrastructure and execution processes.
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working at project sites.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
IMPORTANT
This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility at site. Candidates looking only for an office-based coordination role may not be suitable.
