Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Curriculum Development

Develop

and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of the students.

Conduct

classes and practical sessions to ensure comprehensive learning of computer

skills.

Assess

student progress through assignments, quizzes, and tests

 Supervision and Guidance of Junior Teachers

·        

Supervise

Junior Computer Teachers to ensure consistency and quality in teaching

methods.

·        

Provide

mentorship and guidance to improve teaching outcomes.

·        

Course Completion and Timelines

·        

Ensure

all courses are completed within the stipulated timeline of three months.

·        

Coordinate

with the Centre Head for any adjustments or challenges during course

delivery.

·        

Student Engagement

·        

Actively

engage with students to encourage participation, address their doubts, and

foster a positive learning environment.

·        

Motivate

students to achieve their learning goals and overcome challenges.

·        

Reporting and Record Keeping:

·        

Maintain

accurate records of student attendance and progress.

·        

 Submit regular reports to the Centre Head on

course progress and student outcomes.

·        

Post-Training Impact and Sustenance

• Conduct post-training

assessments to evaluate the impact of the course.

• Provide recommendations for sustaining and improving student learning

outcomes.
