Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
* Handle solar service, maintenance & troubleshooting.
* Visit customer sites for inspection and complaint resolution.
* Troubleshoot inverters, modules, AC/DC cabling, DBs & earthing.
* Conduct preventive & corrective maintenance.
* Coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors & site teams.
* Ensure timely complaint closure and maintain service reports.
* Support testing, commissioning & handover.
* Ensure quality and safety at sites.
