Job Description
🧑💼 Job Overview: We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic Sales Executive to onboard local kirana (galla) stores onto our hyperlocal grocery delivery app (similar concept to Blinkit, but focused on neighborhood shops).
The role involves visiting local markets, explaining the app, and convincing shopkeepers to join the platform.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Visit nearby markets and residential areas daily
- Approach the kirana (galla) store owners and explain the app
- Demonstrate how the app works (basic demo on mobile)
- Convince shopkeepers to register on the platform
- Help them complete onboarding (basic details, product listing)
- Build good relationships with shopkeepers
- Collect feedback from stores and share with the team
- Achieve weekly/monthly onboarding targets
