Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding both Sellers and Customers through field visits and direct sales activities.

The candidate will visit commercial shops, residential areas, and other potential customer locations, explain our services, onboard users through the mobile application, and provide basic training on how to use the app.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct door-to-door field visits to commercial shops, residential areas, and other potential locations.
• Identify and approach potential Sellers and Customers.
• Make calls to prospective sellers and customers and explain the company's products/services.
• Onboard both Sellers and Customers through the mobile application.
• Explain the complete onboarding process and assist users with registration.
• Provide basic training and demonstration on how to use the mobile application.
• Generate leads and convert them into active users.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with onboarded sellers and customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with sellers and customers.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly field visit and onboarding targets.
• Collect market feedback and share customer/seller requirements with the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, visits, leads, and successful onboardings.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate information during the onboarding process.
• Candidate RequirementsMale candidates preferred/required for extensive field work.
• Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Valid Driving Licence (DL) is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Communication should be confident, clear, and convincing.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and field visits.
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones and mobile applications.
• Should be comfortable explaining and demonstrating mobile app features to customers.
• Ability to achieve sales and onboarding targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work extensively in the field.
• Previous experience in field sales, business development, telecom, FMCG, e-commerce, or merchant/customer acquisition will be an advantage.
