Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Field Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The role involves regular market visits, meeting dealers and retailers, generating new leads, and bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities

● Visit dealers, retailers, shops and potential customers across Lucknow.

● Generate new leads and identify new business opportunities.

● Meet existing and potential customers and understand their requirements.

● Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.

● Maintain good relationships with dealers and customers.

● Collect market feedback, competitor information and customer requirements.

● Regularly update the team about market visits, leads and orders.

● Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

● Good communication and convincing skills.

● Comfortable with extensive field work and daily market visits.

● Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

● Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.

● Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

● Prior experience in field sales, dealer sales or building-material sales will be an advantage.

● Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field can also apply.
