Job Description
Position: Field Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Field Work/Office Work
Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Job Role:
You will be responsible for finding customers, showing them properties, and closing sales on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Find new clients through cold calling, references, field visits, and market surveys
- Site Visits:Take customers for property visits, explain project details, layout, amenities, pricing, and payment plans
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain good relationship with clients, solve their queries
- Sales Closing: Negotiate and close deals, achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow-ups: Regular follow-up with interested leads via calls and meetings
Skills Required:
- Good communication & convincing power
- Willingness to work on field
Salary: Fixed + High Incentives
