Job Description

Hiring: Real Estate Sales Executive

📍 Location: Chinhat, Lucknow

💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000/month

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years

👨‍💼 Gender: Male/Female

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sell residential plots in Lucknow.
  • Handle client calls, follow-ups, negotiations and site visits.
  • Explain project details, pricing and payment plans.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in plot/land sales.
  • Good knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Local network and property-market knowledge preferred.
