Job Description

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the SBI branch.

Guide customers to the appropriate counter/desk for their requirements.

Assist customers with ATM, CDM/ADWM, UPI, Internet Banking and YONO services.

Help customers with basic forms, applications and banking-related queries.

Provide special assistance to senior citizens and less tech-savvy customers.

Manage customer queues and ensure smooth movement inside the branch.

Coordinate with branch staff for customer-related requirements.

Promote adoption of SBI's digital banking facilities.

Support customers with basic account/service-related information.

Maintain professional behaviour and customer confidentiality.

Maintain daily activity/attendance reports as required.
