Housekeeping Executive

Principle Accountabilities: To oversee daily cleaning operations, manage facility staff, and ensure the mall

maintains a premium, hygienic environment for all visitors and tenants.

Job Description

* Supervision: Assign tasks and inspect all areas to ensure cleanliness standards are strictly met.

* Rostering: Manage staff shifts and organize immediate replacements for any absences.

* Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly.

* Training: Conduct regular training for staff on cleaning protocols and equipment usage.

* Inventory: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and initiate timely procurement.

* Allocation: Issue necessary chemicals and equipment to the ground team.

* Hiring: Assist in screening and interviewing new housekeeping applicants.

Job Specification

Qualification IHM* or PGDBM – from hotel management institute

Experience 2–3 years in Housekeeping (Retail, Mall, or Hospitality background).

Reporting to Manager – Operations
