Job Description – Housekeeping Supervisor
Department: Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across office, factory, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and discipline.
- Conduct regular cleaning inspections and resolve complaints promptly.
- Manage cleaning materials, stock, and purchase requirements.
- Ensure timely arrangement and distribution of evening snacks for staff.
- Maintain daily housekeeping reports and coordinate with the Admin Department.
- Ensure workplace safety and proper waste disposal.
Qualification & Experience: 10th/12th pass, with 2–5 years of relevant housekeeping supervisory experience.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Cleanliness, staff discipline, timely task completion, inventory control, and regular reporting.
