Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager cum Office Admin to manage HR operations and daily office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and biometric data.
- Handle payroll coordination, employee grievances, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR documents, offer letters, appointment letters, and company policies.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, assets, and daily administrative activities.
- Coordinate with Finance and Management for salary processing and compliance.
- Ensure employee discipline and smooth office operations.
Required Skills: Communication, MS Excel, HR documentation, recruitment, employee management, and office administration.
