Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from posting jobs and screening resumes to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee queries, resolve workplace conflicts, and manage grievance procedures.
• Records and Payroll: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and coordinate inputs for attendance and payroll processing.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal company policies.
• Performance and Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles and help coordinate employee training or development programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources or talent acquisition roles.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and basic MS Office tools
