Physical stock और PetPooja stock में minimum 98% accuracy; variance की investigation और reporting

सभी outlet managers के साथ regular coordination; shortage, excess stock, slow-moving items और urgent requirements resolve करना

इसके साथ Inventory Manager की core responsibility साफ लिखी जाए: “किसी भी outlet पर inventory planning या delayed dispatch के कारण essential product/packing material का stock-out नहीं होना चाहिए।” हर दिन outlet-wise requirement और dispatch track होगा, और weekly basis पर management को Opening Stock + Purchase + Transfer/Dispatch + Wastage + Closing Stock + Near Expiry + Stock Variance report देनी होगी।

Monthly review में खास तौर पर PetPooja accuracy, stock-outs, outlet fulfilment, purchase rates, wastage/expiry, physical-stock variance और dispatch delays देखे जाएँ।
