Job Description

Position: Junior Architect

Department: Architecture & Design

Company: Ghar Banwao

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D architectural floor plans based on client requirements and site dimensions.
  • Develop 3D elevations and basic architectural concepts.
  • Prepare working and construction drawings for residential projects.
  • Prepare electrical, plumbing, door & window schedules and other required layouts.
  • Assist in structural drawing coordination, including column and beam layouts.
  • Make drawing modifications according to client feedback and senior instructions.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams, structural consultants and interior designers.
  • Conduct site visits, measurements and drawing verification when required.
  • Ensure architectural drawings are accurate, practical and executable on site.
  • Maintain proper drawing revisions, project files and documentation.
  • Complete assigned designs and revisions within defined timelines.
  • Assist in client discussions and presentation of plans, elevations and design concepts.

Software Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape; Photoshop knowledge preferred.

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
