Job Description
Hum Lucknow mein ek naya at-home pet grooming business shuru kar rahe hain, aur humein ek Junior Groomer chahiye.
Join karne ke baad basic orientation di jayegi, aur asli seekhna Senior Groomer ke saath real sessions mein jaakar hoga.
Aapka kaam:
- Shuru ke 5–10 sessions mein Senior Groomer ke saath jaakar unhe dekh kar seekhna
- Grooming ke dauraan pet ko pakadna aur shaant rakhna
- Kuch sessions ke baad khud se bathing, drying, nail trimming, aur basic cleanup karna
- Pet ki safety ka dhyan rakhna, especially agar pet ghabraya hua ya senior ho
- Har visit ke pehle aur baad mein jagah saaf-suthri rakhna
- Schedule ke hisaab se shehar mein customer ke ghar jaana
Hume kya chahiye:
- Dogs aur cats ke saath comfortable hona
- Khud ka two-wheeler (har session ka fuel(petrol) reimburse kiya jayega)
- Lucknow mein roz travel karne ke liye taiyaar
- Customers se politely baat karne ki basic ability
- Grooming ka experience zaroori nahi — Senior Groomer ke saath sessions mein seekhoge
- Pets ke saath pehle se koi anubhav (apne pets, family ke pets, ya vet clinic/pet shop mein kaam) ho toh accha hai, lekin zaroori nahi

- Basic orientation join karte hi, aur uske baad Senior Groomer ke saath real sessions mein hands-on seekhna — bilkul free
- Har session ka fuel(petrol) reimburse hoga
- Junior se Senior aur phir Lead Groomer tak badhne ka clear rasta, salary bhi badhegi
- Business profitable hone ke baad, quarterly profit-sharing bhi milega — jaise-jaise business badhega, yeh bhi badhega
- Ek naye, badhte hue local business ka hissa banein
