Job Description
Immediate Joiners Preferred – Urgent Hiring
We are hiring B2B Voice Sales / Lead Generation Executives for our new location in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential business customers.
- Communicate professionally and understand customer requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective conversations.
- Handle basic customer queries and objections.
- Schedule appointments/product demos for interested and qualified customers.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and lead details.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate from any stream.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- 6 months of Sales/Voice/BPO experience will be an added advantage.
- Female candidates preferred; both male and female candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Details:
- 📍 Location: Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow
- 💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 CTC
- 🕘 Shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- ⏱️ Working Hours: 9 Hours
- 🎓 Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Note: Detailed product knowledge, process training, calling scripts and objection handling will be covered during training.
