Job Overview

• Job Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (In-Office preferred)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Experience Required: 2 to 4+ years of web development experience (with at least 1+ years leading a team)

• Department: Engineering / Tech Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Manage and mentor a team of front-end, back-end, and UI/UX designers to deliver projects on time.

• Assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure the team adheres to clean coding practices and security standards.

• Remove technical blockers for the team and foster a highly collaborative, productive environment.

2. Architecture & Hands-on Development

• Architect scalable web applications from scratch, choosing the right databases, frameworks, and deployment strategies.

• Write clean, optimized code for critical modules and lead by example in complex feature implementation.

• Troubleshoot and debug high-level technical issues that junior developers cannot resolve.

3. Client & Requirement Alignment

• Collaborate with the Business Development/Bidding team to evaluate project requirements and provide accurate time and cost estimates.

• Translate business ideas into technical blueprints and sprint tasks for the developers.

Required Technical & Core Skills

• Full-Stack Proficiency: Deep, expert-level knowledge of popular stacks like the MERN/MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js/Angular), or strong framework experience in PHP (Laravel) or Python (Django).

• Database Management: Strong command over both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) architecture.

• DevOps & Cloud: Experience with cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git/GitHub).

• Management Skills: Proven experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
