Job Description

Position: Purchase Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years in Purchase

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle routine purchasing and ordering.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage vendors and regular follow-ups.
  • Manage riders and related expenses.
  • Prepare and publish daily/weekly MIS reports.
  • Maintain purchase and vendor records.
  • Work on Excel using VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, COUNTIF, SUMIF, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
  • Be flexible with shift timings as per business requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Vendor management experience preferred.
  • Lucknow local candidates preferred.
  • Flexible and comfortable working in shifts
