Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Input customer loan applications, personal details, and financial figures into CRM systems or bank portals accurately.
- Document Verification: Check KYC documents, salary slips, bank statements, and property papers for completeness and basic eligibility.
- Bank Coordination: Follow up with bank processing officers and sales agents regarding file status, queries, and loan approvals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital logs of logged-in, approved, rejected, or disbursed files.
- Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls to resolve customer document deficiencies or application status updates.
