Job Description
The Real Estate Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations of property projects, ensuring construction, maintenance, and administrative activities run smoothly, safely, and according to plans, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and operations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
- Ensure work complies with approved plans, safety rules, and regulations
