Job Description

The Real Estate Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations of property projects, ensuring construction, maintenance, and administrative activities run smoothly, safely, and according to plans, budgets, and timelines.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and operations
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
  • Ensure work complies with approved plans, safety rules, and regulations
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
  • Manage site staff and labor workforce
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report issues
  • Maintain records, reports, and site documentation
  • Address on-site problems and support timely project completion
