Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming calls and make follow-up calls to leads and students.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and provide course information.
  • Maintain student inquiry records and daily reports.
  • Manage front office operations and appointments.
  • Coordinate with counselors and academic staff for admissions and support.
  • Ensure professional communication and a positive visitor experience.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Pleasing personality and professional behavior.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/front office will be preferred.
