Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer interactions and sales activities in the gold, gems, watches, jewellery, and accessories industry. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for counter sales, customer handling, lead follow-up, and supporting B2B, B2C, channel, and SMB sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Support B2B, B2C, channel, and SMB sales activities.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery, watches, or accessories.
Follow up with prospective customers and support sales conversion.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
Education: 12th Pass
English: Basic English
Experience: Freshers can apply
Preferred Industry: Gold, Gems, Watches, Jewellery & Accessories
Skills: B2B Sales, Channel Sales, B2C Sales, Counter Sales, SMB Sales
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented sales environment.
