💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital & WhatsApp leads पर timely calling करना

• Customer की requirement और budget समझना

• Decoration packages और designs समझाना

• WhatsApp पर catalogue/photos/videos share करना

• Quotation देना और negotiation करना

• Regular follow-up करके booking close करना

• Advance payment coordinate करना

• हर lead को Google Sheet/CRM में update करना

• Booking के बाद Operations Team को complete handover देना

• Existing customers से repeat & referral business generate करना
