Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to handle the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of elevators and related equipment. The candidate will ensure that elevators operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of elevators.

- Inspect elevator components and identify mechanical or electrical issues.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns and technical faults.

- Perform repair and replacement of defective components when required.

- Attend customer service and breakdown calls within the assigned area.

- Conduct preventive maintenance as per company schedules.

- Ensure all work is completed according to company safety standards and procedures.

- Maintain service reports, breakdown records, and maintenance documentation.

- Coordinate with the service team and report major technical issues to senior engineers.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

- Maintain professional communication with customers and explain basic service-related issues when required.

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical field.

- Experience in elevator/lift maintenance or servicing will be preferred.

- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work at different customer/project sites.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Candidates with relevant technical experience and freshers with suitable ITI qualifications may apply.

Experience: 0–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
