About the Role

Jain Bandhu Saree Showroom is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-friendly Female Customer Engagement & Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be passionate about interacting with customers to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. 
• Interact professionally with customers and create a positive shopping experience. 
• Encourage customers to share their feedback after purchase. 

Customer Testimonials

• Convince satisfied customers to record short video testimonials. 
• Record high-quality testimonial videos using a mobile phone. 
• Ensure customers are comfortable and have given their consent before recording. 

Google Reviews

• Encourage customers to post genuine Google Reviews. 
• Assist customers in scanning the QR code or accessing the Google Review link. 
• Track and maintain a record of daily reviews. 

Social Media Promotion

• Encourage customers to follow Jain Bandhu Saree Showroom on: 
• Instagram 
• Facebook 
• YouTube 
• Inform customers about new arrivals, offers, and upcoming collections through social media. 
• Help increase followers, subscribers, and customer engagement. 

Content Creation Support

• Capture customer photos and short videos (with permission). 
• Assist in creating engaging reels and promotional content for social media. 
• Coordinate with the management for daily content updates. 

Daily Reporting

Maintain a daily report of:

• Video testimonials collected 
• Google Reviews received 
• Instagram followers gained 
• Facebook followers gained 
• YouTube subscribers gained 
• Customer feedback and engagement 

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English and Hindi. 
• Confident, smart, and presentable personality. 
• Strong communication and convincing skills. 
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. 
• Comfortable using smartphones and social media apps. 
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach. 

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass 
• Graduate preferred. 
• Experience in retail, customer service, telecalling, or social media is an advantage. 
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Good grooming and professional appearance. 
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
